“Having a Haha moment and sick and tired of being sick and tired!”

“Have you ever just laughed at yourself from talking with oneself?”

“Well….it is quite okay to laugh at ourselves.”

“Having a music moment along with a Haha moment.”

“Where would we be without music?”

“I love music and all music is my favorite.” ~ Valerie J Brown

“Here is what music means to our brains.”

“Science has shown that when children learn to play music, their brains begin to hear and process sounds that they couldn’t otherwise hear. This helps them develop “neurophysiological distinction” between certain sounds that can aid in literacy, which can translate into improved academic results for kids.”

“Everybody is different and we must listen to our own bodies and different bodies, different music means different things to our bodies depending on our peace within.”

“Can you write or read with music?”

“I’m a major enthusiast of music, and utilization it a great deal when working, yet I had no clue about how it truly influences our brains and bodies. Since music is such a major piece of our lives, I thought it would be fascinating and valuable to observe a portion of the ways we respond to it without notwithstanding figuring it out.”

“Without music, life would be a mistake” —Friedrich Nietzsche

“Obviously, music influences various regions of the cerebrum, as should be obvious in the picture beneath, so we’re just touching the most superficial layer with this post, however how about we hop in!”

“Let’s have some fun and take look at different kinds of music and the moods and what they do for most of us!”

R&B Personally, I define R&B as being simply soulful. I see it personified as an ageless artist, forever painting the dreams of the emotions (those of the songwriter, the audience, and even those of seemingly inanimate things such as a city, etc.) in song. For instance, Gerald Levert’s duet with Antoinette Roberson “Taking Everything” was just full of emotion just like many of his other songs. Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Going On” told a story of even today, the lyrics hold truth and an artist way before his time, still lives through his incredible music and lyrics right not at this moment today!

Jazz never makes me sad! Jazz inspires me or at least makes me feel better (like the blues can and does too), or even makes me happy and we become those instruments being played and even though we may not be able to play, with jazz we can with our minds and our souls and those instruments take you somewhere like no other music ever can or has! Even the most painful solo from a sax player (who hurt this man?) will and can overwhelm with good vibes! Jazz, to me is good music to listen to on a rainy day and makes the day so much brighter and it is like those instruments are the sun and the artist’s shine with the sun’s glow of such an amazing groove which is this most incredible feeling ever!  Jazz makes you feel nostalgic and takes you back, way back to a time when Jazz was the thing and to be a part of the scene was being in a jazz club no matter what age you could get away with being there! I love it because even though was not born during the era of my most favorites, i.e Miles, Cab Calloway, etc. it seems like I was there taking a trip through the recesses of your mind or other worlds.

Funk Can not be explained in one word, yet no music really can, but many kinds of music involve funk and may get disagreement with this but my explaining would be that funk tells a story and deep logical premise, i.e. James Brown, Parliament Funkdelic, George Clinton, Bootsy Collins, etc.  Funk is a music genre that originated in the mid to late 1960s when African-American musicians created a rhythmic, danceable new form of music through a mixture of soulmusic, jazz, and R&B. Funk de-emphasizes melody and harmony and brings a strong rhythmic groove of electric bass and drums to the foreground [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Funk] To me funk makes you feel, hear and calls for discussion of the instruments how played by the various artists, etc. One song can be played by many different artist, yet still basically sound the same, but when you know Funk, and get to know the artist, you can almost tell who is to be identified with the instrument.

Blues In case you’re feeling somewhat anxious or restless, you may need to listen to soul. It may sound irrational since soul are… well… blue, however this cadence of music can moderate your heart rate a little and cool you.

Rock & Punk These lively styles of music can help your inclination levels in the event that you let it. On the off-chance that you appreciate it, shake and punk music can give you an adrenaline and jolt of energy.

Reggae  Reggae is one of the sorts of music classifications that can naturally chill you out. Some say reggae music is in view of the musicality of the solid human heart very still. Reggae icon, Bob Marley’s messages of universal love is being brought back around even today and such poetic inspiration for all ages!  For those who don’t know much about the late Jamaican reggae crooner, it may be surprising to see a children’s musical inspired by his message.

Love Songs  Not highly recommended when missing somebody, but if good lyrics could soothe the soul and mind too! lol 😉 Love songs can be all genre of music and lots has lyrics which can be the message even with no song being sung.

Classic  Great music for studying, reading, just unwinding and excellent for calming a whining baby. Classical music is and will be around forever and so incredible for healing with its incredible healing power from centuries ago! It heals the soul, body and great therapy for the mind for all ages and even animals are even calmed to classical music!

Rap & Hip Hop This kind can modify your state of mind in a couple of routes relying upon the tune’s verses, beat and general message. Rap melodies frequently advance annoyance, misogyny and viciousness, yet a few individuals say that rap unwinds them. Possibly keep away from ‘gangsta rap’ and pick something with more cognizant verses and positive, but there are messages I have found that must thoroughly give them a chance and listen!

Overwhelming Heavy Metal These normally forceful verses and songs can positively have specific negative consequences for your temperament. In any case, similar to rap and hip bounce, everybody is distinctive and some may contend that individuals who listen to substantial metal music have higher self-regard.

Country I love this music and can get the same effect as the blues, often with beautiful lyrics with such meaningful love stories getting straight and right to the point, although can be quite depressing too if you miss somebody or just broke up with somebody! lol

New Age New Age is largely instrumental with a variety of instruments and sounds from all over the world. Listening to new age music brings about a sense of tranquility and is excellent for meditation and relaxation.

Broadway or Movie Soundtracks Love listening to music from movie scores or soundtracks and there is so much different genres and inspiration plays a big part of this music and you would be surprised what music is played in movies. I often take a pen and paper and write down or read the credits at the end of the movie that don’t go to fast!  The love songs can be good comfort to the soul and mind and love listening to music soundtracks over and over again. lol

Latino  Latino music is a definite energy booster. Whether it’s a hard day at the office or an overall sense of exhaustion, Latino tunes can effectively eliminate symptoms of fatigue. Latino music is also good for exercising or just moving right in your seat where you sit. I love Latino how the music puts you in an elevated state of wanting to move always! Very rare sad Latino music unless you are listening to love songs or foreign Latino music!

Disco  This word just makes me think of Donna Summer anytime I hear the word disco! This music also makes you want to get out of your seat or even move while sitting, but mostly will make you want to get up and move to the disco beat groove! It is a great start for a new day and what a beginning it gives the soul, body and mind!   Disco is also good for exercising too. All music is good for exercising no matter what the beat is and exercising on the floor on the feet, on the floor on a mat, in the bed if you are doing therapy and also sitting can exercise too while at work or just at the desk can groove to the disco beat too!

Meditation  Save the best for last and there is so much meditation music nowadays for all kinds of illnesses, disease, etc. and technically meditation may not be on the list of different music genres, but by listening to meditative music, you can reduce stress levels and anxiety while increasing a sense of tranquility and overall relaxation. Let out a little om along with it and you’ll be blissed out in no time.  Also, an excellent for fussy baby too and even while in the car relaxes you and baby while driving so when get home, baby will rest easy as you nap too!  Meditation is also good for to be mother’s and allowing your unborn baby to listen to soothing meditation music, be it classic or whatever helps relax baby and mother too!

“Most of all music is essential for learning and why it was taken away from many schools in the United States is very puzzling. Music also helps with many kid diseases such as ADD or ADHD and there is proven fact which shows improvement with our children by listening to music.  Music is also good for the elder and helps with memory loss and would be a good tool to be used in nursing homes, but we the family of our loved ones must be the ones to make this happen not only for our loved ones, but all elders! Pain does not like music and can help with nerve pain, headaches, migraines, etc. Music is being studied showing that also helps with unborn child and can also help mother to have a much easier delivery too! ”

“Music is a force to reckoned with and has been pulled out of the schools in the United States, and even made fun of by many and even called crazy in believing it to be a cure for healing as/or therapy!”

“What could possibly hurt trying something to see if it will help and we have begun in the United States taking our lives into our own hands and not only talking about but implementing many ways for utilizing music as a healing remedy and therapy!”

Chipper for Music

“Music is an inherent part of our nature and who we are in so many ways. Our experiences with music start in early childhood and unquestionably last a lifetime. Extensive research has shown lately that exposing children to music stimulates their overall intelligence and emotional development. Having children listen to different types of music also nurtures their self-esteem while encouraging creativity, self-confidence and curiosity.”

Haha “Balls of Steel” by Valerie Brown Cheers

“Balls of steel aren’t the only things required on the road to production. Patience is paramount.”

“Yesssssss….having a Haha day right now and about to shout it out as loud as I can!”

“You ever have one of those days where you are just sick and tired of being sick and tired?”

“Well….we all of us do and if you say you don’t you are normal and so not cool at all.” lol 😉

“Sometimes it does us good to just shout out  loud…… Haha and it is okay to sound like a bird….cause if you say it out loud and really loud…….this is exactly what you sound like is a bird cawking!” lol 🙂

“Anyway, do you know somebody who has balls of steel?”

“Do you know somebody who no matter what pretends to be okay all of the time…..when they aren’t?”

“This is why it is so good to laugh at oneself and shout it out, “Haha!” lol

“You have to be a special kind of person who has patience!”

“Just having patience is not what it is cut out to be at all.”

“There are many hidden agendas which come with being patient.”

“Being patient is a piece of cake compared to the not giving up part which comes along with it if you like what you do in life.”

“You know…….. it takes a really big person to have balls of steel!”

“Balls of steel are not the only things required on the road to production!”

“Guess what is?”

“Patience is paramount!” 😉

“I’m not discussing the persistence needed to sit tight and wait for ole Saint Nick!”

“I mean the kind that places ties in your stomach and alarms the damnation out of you, knowing you could truly be cheated or even screwed!” 😦

“Yet, notwithstanding that trepidation, you acknowledge there is no other choice than being patient.”

“I’m alluding to the sort of persistence obliged when you compose without an agreement.”

“Remember…..we are only speaking of what we don’t see….but it does not mean that because what we don’t see it is not there…….sometimes seeing is also not believing…. but anyway….

“No papers. No legal advisors….at least that . No container of champagne popping. Only dreams. That is the means by which we rolled.” lol

“This sort of tolerance and trust takes enormous balls… and a little madness to go along with it…… and this is where the Haha moments come into play.”

“We had to find a method to our own madness and Haha moments is what the doctor ordered helps to make us laugh at ourself.”

“You know……you got to keep laughter in your life to keep from crying!.”

“So the next time you feel like giving up or even quitting……..DON’T and just shout it out!”

“Haha…….as loud as you can and it is okay to laugh at oneself……. and it is even funnier when we laugh at ourselves out loud.”

“Have a great Haha day and don’t forget to laugh at yourself!” 😉 😉 ❤

P.S. “It is okay to wait and wait and wait and wait………especially if you believe in yourself!  And if you have those who love you around you……all the more to wait and wait and wait……One day, it will all make sense and I will let you know when it does”! Haha 😉 !!

“Nothing like tea and the sea salt air.” ~ Valerie J Brown

“Having a Haha moment and had to just shout out, “Haha!”

“Yes….. I sounded like a bird cawking, but then I had to laugh at myself!”

“It feels good to laugh at oneself every now and then.”

“While having a Haha moment, thought and wondered if anybody really knew the history of tea.”

“Did you know that tea actually relaxes the mind and calms the body?”

“Well……The history of Chinese tea is a long and gradual story of refinement. Generations of growers and producers have perfected the Chinese way of manufacturing tea, and its many unique regional variations.”

“The first thought or idea is credited to the fanciful Emperor Shennong, who was said to have experienced 5 000 years back. His far-located orders needed, in addition to other things, that all drinking water be bubbled as a hygienic safeguard”

“A story goes that, one late spring day, while going by a removed piece of his domain, he and the court halted to rest. As per his managing, the workers started to bubble water for the court to drink.”

“Yes……they dried leaves from a close-by bramble fell into the bubbling water, and a cocoa substance was mixed into the water.”

“As a researcher, the Emperor was keen on the new fluid, drank some, and thought that it was extremely reviving. Thus, as per legend, tea was made in 2737 BC.”

“Pretty amazing isn’t it?”

“The main varieties of Chinese tea are classified as green tea, red tea (black tea), Wulong tea, white tea, yellow tea, and reprocessed tea. Read more on Chinese tea types.

Chinese Tea Culture 101

Tea performance in Chengdu

“Drinking tea:Tea is taken as a beverage to quench thirst.”

“Tasting tea: The quality of the tea is judged by the color, fragrance and flavor of the tea, the water quality and even the tea set. When tasting tea, the taster should be able to savor the tea thoroughly.”

“Tea art: “While drinking attention is paid to environment, atmosphere, music, infusing techniques and interpersonal relationships.”

“The highest ambittea lore : Philosophy, ethics and morality are blended into tea activity. People cultivate their morality and mind, and savor life through tasting tea, thereby attaining joy of spirit.”

“Chinese tea lore is several hundred years, possibly even thousands of years, older than that of Japan. It is said that Chinese tea lore places an emphasis on spirit and makes light of form. Tea lore had different representations at different historical periods. Teas are also various, but all embody the tea spirit of “clearness, respect, joy and truthfulness”.

“Tea in the Chinese culture has been actually known to be a cure or rather a way to keep blood sugar  lower before it becomes any Stage and then into diabetes.”

“If we know we have a history………..say for example diabetes in our family, the tea explained here can be good and help us and could help ourselves by becoming knowledgeable about our family history.”

“Well……..we have been blessed and want to share the good news from different cultures who are interested in healing and actually healing with what Mother Nature has grown for us and we just need to use it and act like we want to have good well-being and improve our health ourselves.”

Pu’er tea, a wonder cure for diabetics

“A sip of Pu’er tea can be as helpful as drugs in lowering blood sugar and preventing diabetes, says a recent press briefing by the Pu’er city government. That is the finding of scientists at Jilin University and the Changchun Science and Technology University, after two years of studies organized by Pu’er city, Yunnan province.”

“The provincial government’s Science and Technology Department also organized a forum for health experts to discuss the health benefits of Pu’er.”

“Owing to Pu’er tea’s obvious effect in restraining some enzymes related to diabetes, the experts believe drinking the right amounts of Pu’er tea can help lower blood sugar levels and prevent diabetes to some extent,” says Sheng Jun, deputy mayor of Pu’er city.”

“The first phase of the study involved 20 genetically obese lab rats with very high blood sugar levels. Researchers fed 10 of them with regular amounts of mature Pu’er tea while the other 10 rats were not given any.”

“Only two rats of the group not fed any tea, survived after 11 months. The others became infected and had sores before dying,” says Sheng. “Meanwhile, all the 10 rats that drank Pu’er tea survived, and showed no trace of sores or infection.”

“This is totally amazing isn’t it……..and we could do further researching and actual studies here in the United States so that we can help cure and heal our country.”

Haha by Valerie Brown Cheers

“Haha means you are so sick and tired of being sick and tired.”

“So….what you do is yell out as loud as you can Haha!”

“More than likely you will begin to laugh at yourself cause you sound like a fricken hawk or something.”

“It feels so good to laugh at oneself and does wonders for the spirit and soul cleanser.”

“Well…..let’s see what we got to speak on today?”

“How about wise words about wearing a backpack properly and not only wearing properly, there has to be one to purchase which protects the most important part of our body which needs the most protection.”

“Anybody know what part that is?”

“Will give you a hint…..and is the part right below the back of our heads which nobody really talks about a lot.”

“This part of our neck is L1-L5 which is the lumbar region.”

“The lumbar spine refers to the lower back, where the spine curves inward toward the abdomen. It starts about five or six inches below the shoulder blades, and connects with the thoracic spine at the top and extends downward to the sacral spine.”

“To begin with a backpack should be chosen that fits your child’s frame and our Go Green Backpacks will be like going to get fitted for a wedding dress and the Go Green Backpack cares about our children and want to help them, not hurt their little backs from becoming injured.”

“You see this boy and his backpack? Well, Design by Val Go Green Backpack will have a neck protection system which will protect your neck and not left alone like this little boy is which eventually from the pulling will cause back problems.”

“This video illustrates the anatomy in the lower spine and how anatomical problems can cause back pain or sciatica.”

http://www.spine-health.com/video/lumbar-spine-anatomy-video

“In order to prevent back & neck problems or even injury, they must be not only carried properly but be built to protect the lumbar region L1-L5 and this is what Design by Val Go Green Backpack will be and do for all who wear and with the built on Necprotech Neck Protection system will help with those who spend a lot of tiem looking up! It will support the weight of your head and protect your neck so the pressure on your neck is greatly reduced while you’re working overhead, saving your neck from pain, strain and long term problems supporting the head and neck which will have a sturdy upper body harness which will help maintain good posture.”

And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. ~ Genesis 1:11

“Having a Haha day and this means when we get sick and tired of being sick and tired we shout out loud Haha as loud as we can.”

“You will feel so much better after doing this and may even laugh at oneself which is so good for us do every once in awhile.”

“We will discuss how plants have voices just like we humans do. As a matter of fact, plants really don’t need man’s  guidance and really just need a peaceful sky above to guide them.”

“Think about it and when a there is no light nor sunshine we can plant a seed in a cup and how does it know to grow up  yet it does grow up?”

“Seeds routinely send shoots up toward the sky and roots the other way and darkness does not confuse plants.”

“It is so weird how a plant can be wilting and bounce right back when it gets light and water and sort of needs nutrient like we do.”

“Plants prepare a way of life for humans and animals and not the other way around and then when we destroy them, then we get sick and even birds, all animals become extinct too.”

“Plants can heal with their smell and even when we have them around us, they can also help us to breath better also.”

“We still believe this is what happened to the poor dinosaurs and they died from lack of plants and water for living.”

“So this is why we are having a Haha day and ask, why does man constantly try to destroy them with pesticides, why do we mow instead of grow, why do we cut and take away food and medicine for us and animals?”

According to NPR, “More intriguing, if you turn a seedling (or a whole bunch of seedlings) upside down, as Thomas Andrew Knight of the British Royal Society did around 200 years ago, the tips and roots of the plant will sense, “Hey, I’m upside down,” and will wiggle their way to the right direction, doing a double U-turn, like this:

two

“How do they know? According to botanist Daniel Chamovitz, Thomas Knight 200 years ago assumed that plants must sense gravity. They feel the pull of the Earth. Knight proved it with a crazy experiment involving a spinning plate.”

Plants are the backbone of all life on Earth and an essential resource for human well-being. Just think about how your everyday life depends on plants.

HaHa by Valerie Brown Cheers

ADHD children can use music to train their brains for stronger

focus and self-control in the classroom and at home.

Music Therapy, happy child, music,

“Haha means shout it out real loud so every inch of the house or wherever you are echoes”  🙂

“Who cares what people think when we have a Haha day!”

“In our case of using Haha today, it is when we are sick and tired of being sick of tired of the way society is treating our children.”

“Laughing at oneself is a good therapy and it makes you feel good too and I do it all of the time and then the thinking process begins.”

“Happy new week my friends and woke up this morning with something on the brain which to me should have been used seriously as a treatment to help our kids with mental illness a long time ago!”

“Seems it was tried, but why aren’t we curing and healing in our society?”

“Why after much research isn’t music being taken more serious when the most agonizing of pain cannot stand it?”

“My sciatica nerves hate music and is the only way for me to get to sleep at night, It has to be some kind of music going into my head controlling those nerves which so hate music.”

“When you listen to music, multiple areas of your brain become engaged and active and is like the appetizer.”

.According to proven studies, “when you actually play an instrument, that activity becomes more like a full-body brain workout.”

“What’s going on?”

“Why was the arts of music taken away and out of the schools again?”

“Sometimes, I often wonder if when things are illegal or taken away, that they are good for us.”

“But why taken away?”

“People, it is up to us to get these things back for our kids and for curing and healing in our society all around the world.”

“Anita Collins explains the fireworks that go off in musicians’ brains when they play, and examines some of the long-term positive effects of this mental workout.”

“Wow, we got to get serious and play an instrument and stop pretending like we do.”

“That’s why researchers in San Diego believe that learning to play musical instruments can help us focus attention and improve our ability to interact with the world around us.”

“What this could mean, is that learning to time in a group setting with other people musically, could improve your ability to focus attention.”

“Wow, how cool!”

“Could we not introduce our children to playing instruments after they listen and see what happens?”

“We have an idea of a headpiece which will not only help our children block out the outside busy world, but will also help to get closer to the brain.”

“It would look something like this, but the headpiece would protect their little heads and comfort them with soothing music which will help relax the brain from illness.”

“Depending on the illness, a certain kind of music would be tested to see how and what reaction of calming certain illnesses would react.”

“It’s thought music might help such children because our sense of timing affects so much of our behaviour.”

Mr. Ketogenic & Mrs. Paleo Diets by Valerie Brown Cheers

“Kids are people too and they deserve the happy life of being children.” ~ Valerie J Brown

We will discuss the difference between the Ketogenic diet vs the Paleo diet!

Both the Ketogenic and the paleo diet share their low-carb DNA, but have been developed for vastly different purposes.

https://scripted.com/cpt_experts/keto-vs-paleo-diets-what-is-the-difference/

Can you cure your epilepsy without medication? Yes, this seems possible for many. At least you can keep the disease in remission long-term with a change in lifestyle – without the need for strong drugs or their side effects.

They both are great ways to make our lifestyle changes which could help with curing and actually healing many diseases and illnesses for our kids.

We don’t like most prescribed medications which give our children all kinds of bad chemical side affects and instead of healing our children, in many cases make the illness so much worse!

We would like to say, “Thank you to our friend “Amy Kubal who is a Registered “Paleo” Dietitian and the ring leader of Robb’s RD consulting team. She works with a wide range of clients from competitive athletes to those dealing with complex health problems. Check out her bio and consulting options, and her blog Fuel As Rx to get your Paleo nutrition fix.

We will share a story she shared with The Paleo Diet – Robb Wolf on Paleolithic nutrition, intermittent fasting, and fitness.

“Kailey isn’t the only one that has benefited from this lifestyle change.  I was told that my son may never be able to take any solids by mouth because he couldn’t keep down an ounce of soy formula mixed with rice cereal, now he eats a wider variety than most adults of poultry, fish, beef, vegetables and fruit. Personally, I am working on more than 50 lbs lost, off antidepressants and no longer at borderline high cholesterol levels. My husband is down just over 30 lbs that he has maintained for about 6 months now, and is relieved he won’t have to frantically do cardio mixed with juice cleanses to “make weight” for the Coast Guard’s check ups.”

These are the types of wonderful testimonies we should want to hear about our children’s health and well-being improving which is very positive and why we wanted to share with you.

We hope in the future to see more positive heart warming stories about positive improvements in our children’s lives.

Even though one may be born with an illness, when young if we jump right on in and change their diets, we can truly see more improvement in our children’s well-being for them to grow up as healthy adults!

We will share with you material on why the ketogenic diet is actually a therapy for healing and maybe even curing and taking a negative situation and turning into a positive one which is well worth sharing!

Please feel free to share these positive testimonies and let’s take our lives into our own hands and live long prosperous lives as adults, but it begins as a child being born with an illness or disease and improve well-being for all.

Ketosis is a word that gets tossed around a lot within the Paleo community – to some, it’s a magical weight-loss formula, to others, it’s a way of life, and to others it’s just asking for adrenal fatigue. But understanding what ketosis really is (not just what it does), and the physical causes and consequences of a fat-fueled metabolism can help you make an informed decision about the best diet for your particular lifestyle, ketogenic or not.

HaHa

“Haha moments are moments which we may just have to start over and cleanse our minds and just shout out really loud, Haha!”

“You will surely laugh at yourself for you may sound like a bird cawking or something and it is really funny too!”

“Have you just been sick and tired of explaining things to yourself?”

“Well, am going to share a story with you about a friend who has been in college so long that she should have her PhD by now, but doesn’t?”

“She is definitely having a Haha moment and just needs to shout out “Haha as loud as she can!”

“What the deal is that when my friend first went back to community college, she made sure that she would get her prereqs out of the way so when entered 4 year institution those hard subjects would be taken care?”

“Well, it looks like that she is having a time of it proving that she did take math requirements before leaving and she thought this is why she was accepted into the Public Policy program at Saint Louis University!”

“Well, she then left SLU and went to NAU studying Organizational Leadership, which is distance learning classes and instead of semesters, she did quarters which were not only extensive but very accelerated.”

“So, in other words when others are done with their semester, her quarters were starting weeks after you finished your semester classes and you only got maybe a week or so off before continuing the new and next quarter!”

“It was not only accelerating classes but mostly writing and you had to stay very focused to keep your grades up!”

“She had gotten to the point that school was starting to make her sick, so she decided to stop all together and focus on her passions which was entreprenaurship, writing, innovation and just basically doing things she loved.”

“Sometimes we must know how to step back from things which tire us out mentally & physically, and in her case would not benefit us when we get out into the real world.”

“She was very appreciative for if it had not been for going back to school, she may not have been as motivated as she was about creating and making her dreams come true.”

“As my friend was moving along, she began to notice that things which she thought were passions were beginning to  move out of the way for new things God had put into her life which she did not even know she had a calling!”

“You see this friend of mine had always been a dreamer, even as chld for making things happen or inventions and so she began focusing on ideas which she would try to get patented and eventually actually even marketed globally.”

“This is what she began to do, but the thing she had to do most was to have faith that God was handling everything and she was exactly where she was suppose to be at this very moment for His reasons and not hers and to leave her past back where it is was!”

“So, my friends Haha moment got much better and she just left the past alone and moved on with new, bigger and better things which God was showing to her that she needed to concentrate on.”

“Now, we say to my friend it is okay to say Haha out loud, and it is such a wonderful feeling to laugh at oneself, for without a Haha moment we would not have ways of improving ourselves.”

“Oh!  By the way, my friend officially was completely done with college, and even though she loved learning she found out that she did not have to be confined to college to do this, so she moved on with her life working hard at callings, which she was so much better at and is work in progress waiting to happen! ”  Yeah 😉 😉

“Good luck to our friend and we hope that all of her dreams come true and so glad to hear that she gave up college and in her case, it was good that she started and had to learn how to put her past where it is, IN THE PAST and know when to leave it alone!”

Go ahead and have a Haha shout out!  😉
